We ship most items within 2–4 business days after you place your order. The delivery timeframe may vary according to the destination and the shipping option you selected when you placed your order.
Orders over $55 ship FREE via Standard Shipping.
Orders must total $55 before tax (and after any promotional discounts) to qualify. Surcharges for large items may still apply.

2-Day and Overnight:
Order must be placed by Noon EST for processing on same day. Orders placed after Noon EST on Thursday will ship on Friday and will deliver on the following Monday for overnight and Tuesday for 2 Day. Orders placed on Friday after Noon will ship on the following Monday. 2-Day and Overnight orders cannot be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or federal holidays. Not available for delivery to PO Boxes.
Orders shipped via standard shipping may be delivered to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping carrier and method will be determined by Sano Ti Amo, llc's Shipping Department. Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days (may vary based on order volume).

Shipments outside the continental US:
2-Day and Overnight shipping orders to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to an additional charge of $10.
Shipments to Puerto Rico can only be done via USPS; 2-Day and Overnight shipping is not available.
You may return any item(s) in it’s original, unopened, or unused condition, purchased from Sano Ti Amo, llc within thirty (30) days of the date you placed your order. You will receive a full refund for the item(s) in the original form of payment. After we process your return, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your credit card, depending on your financial institution.
Merchandise that is damaged in shipment may be returned for a full refund or replacement. Please contact Sano Ti Amo, llc Customer Service at 330-940-2129 or email: paul@sanotiamo,com within 48 hours of item(s) receipt. If you leave a voicemail, please include order number, item description or SKU # of damaged items, and if you would like a refund or a replacement sent.
While we are unable to process an exchange, you may place a new order if you would like a different item. (Any coupon code used on original order would not be applicable on a new order).
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, the product must be carefully packaged.
Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued within 14 days to the original form of payment, and an email confirmation will be sent.
